Re-engineered for increased performance, Cincinnati Lamb’s multi-spindle, multi-axis, contour milling vertical profilers apply decades of 5-axis experience from an extensive world-wide installed base. Utilizing current technologies, these machines improve productivity on complex 5-axis applications by delivering high metal removal rates and outstanding accuracy in a lineup of three distinct models: the Standard Profiler, the Wide Range Profiler and the High Performance Profiler. All three models are available in rail- or bed-type configurations with expandable X-axes for full flexibility. The machines can be equipped with 1, 3, or 5 spindles to meet the customer’s needs.
The Standard Profiler is delivered with a 60 hp, 4,000 rpm spindle, making it an ideal and reliable choice to machine steel and titanium Aerospace components.
The High Performance Profiler employs a rugged 100 hp, 10,000 rpm spindle for highly productive metal removal rates in aluminum.
The Wide Range Profiler has a standard 70 hp, 7,000 rpm spindle with the horsepower and speeds for efficient metal removal in a broad spectrum of materials including aluminum, steel and titanium.
