Cincinnati Lamb’s INTERACTIVE TECHSUPPORT (SM) service enables a fully interactive session between machine tool user and technical support specialist. Utilising a dial-up connection and your machine control, video, voice and data are transferred bi-directionally to speed service and reduce downtime.

Cables

Requirements of User
Standard phone line available at the location of the machine
Service contract after first year to continue interactive service

Terms
Interactive service will be free of charge for one year from machine acceptance in the customer’s facility. After this time, the user has the option to purchase a yearly contract from Cincinnati Lamb for interactive technical support. International rates may apply for facilities outside of the United States. This service is available during normal business hours-Eastern Standard Time. Terms, pricing and content of the Interactive Techsupport (SM) package subject to change without notice.
