HyperMach is a family of affordable and reliable advanced technology from the leading supplier to the world’s aircraft producers. These high-performance machines provide a flexible solution for tier aerospace suppliers to meet the demands of next-generation aircraft parts. The machine is ideal for a multitude of aluminum components, including ribs, bulkheads, plate, frames, stringers, spars and other large monolithic structures.

The HyperMach machines include highest dynamics, high rapid traverse and positioning rates, high accuracies, flexible workpiece logistics, and compact designs for minimal floorspace requirements. HyperMach is a modular design based on proven components allowing ease of configuration to customer specifications. The machine is available in both a rail-type traveling gantry and a bridge-type design.

Among the many configurations available, are the Milling/Routing and Plate Milling models. The Milling/Routing model is well suited for aluminum and cured components milling; drilling, and routing operations. The Plate Milling model is capable of continuous high power machining of aluminum plate for the lowest capital investment. Both models are based on a common X and Y-axis gantry platform with the X-axis travel from 18' to 300' in 10' increments and Y-axis travel up to 128". The machines are equipped with the Siemens 840D Digital CNC Control. Multiple spindle, workholding, and tool exchanger options are available.
