integrates production capacity and speed with operational flexibility. Our FTV5 machining centres incorporate a traveling column that contains all axis motions
and fully integrated 5-axis spindle
head, with A-axis tilt range of ±95º
and full 360º contouring C-axis
capability and easily accessible
bed-mounted end toolchanger keeping
the tools free from the working
area.
The fixed table accommodates heavier loads with no effect on accuracy, and eliminates table droop and roll to provide greater capacity for multiple set-ups or components up to
1005mm x 1830mm. Our customers get all of this in a smaller footprint compared to conventional machining centres with a moving table.
